SHANGHAI, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Sinopec Corp (0386.HK) said on Monday it would issue up to $3 billion worth of medium-term bills in one or a few tranches.
Sinopec (600028.SS) said in a statement to the Shanghai Stock Exchange that the timing of the issuance and the final amount to be raised would be subject to the company's capital needs and market conditions.
